MORNING MINUTE EQUITIES, FUTURES & OTPIONS MAY 23rd

Good morning everyone. Darren at Leviathan Financial. So will it be the minting of a 1 trillion coin that the treasury can borrow against? Will it be the invocation of the 14th amendment that says that the US debt shall not be bought into question, we shall have to wait and see, or will they come to a mutually acceptable agreement, which is effectively only kicking the can down the road.
However, having said that, the stock market is hanging in there, , European stocks off today on some poor economic numbers out of the Euro zone. Uh, well, the S&P as you come in this morning is gonna be hanging around the 4,200 area. , off from the, high we’ve got on the breakout and back down below the, , what was the previous high.
But still hanging in there. So again, as everyone sits & waits, with baited breath for news coming out of Capitol Hill. , we’ve got, uh, Dallas Fed President Lori Logan talking today. So more indication as to whether or not the Fed are considering another hike or maybe even two, , depending on who, you are speaking to.
