MORNING REPORT APRIL 12th

Morning everyone, Darren at Leviathan financial, nothing much going on overnight. European stocks up 0.3 S&P up about 0.2 about the same. Uh, pretty much unchanged everywhere else across the board. This is because we are waiting today for the big number, CPI uh, this is gonna indicate what the Fed are going to do with rates.
This will affect everything going forward. It’s very, important year on year 5.1%, expected anything lower, the Fed could pause anything higher, we could continue this cycle of rate hikes. Uh, so keep eye on that. We have also the minutes of the FOMC of the last meeting coming out, so we’ll have a rough idea of how worried they were about the banking crisis or whatever and what their view is on forward rates going forward.
