Morning everyone. Darren at Leviathan Financial. , today is Fed Day and the stock market is nice and healthy. , heading into this, , yesterday we actually touched a 52 week high in the s and p. So what’s up for today? Well, one o’clock, , central. You’ll get the, decision from the fed out.
Expectations are that they will leave rates unchanged, , but. The caveat being that they will look to possibly raise rates further in the future. This again will be said to be data dependent, so, a lot will be, will hinge on what, , fed Chairman Jerome Powell says at the press conference after the meeting.
So we also have producer prizes today, um, called ppi. And then of course, the decisions later on. The c p I number yesterday, , did show that inflation is slowing, but may require further push in the future, but it is least heading in the right direction. Hence the, BULL market continues in the stock markets.
