Morning everyone. Darren at Leviathan Financial. Market’s fairly subdued this morning amid ongoing efforts to resolve the political deadlock over here in the us. the S&P just up 10, , European bourses are kind of unchanged with volatility there, a bit softer. rates are a little bit higher after a lot of hawkish, , talk by Fed officials on, , towards the end of last week.
So, the stock market though overall doing very well, considering that we are putting our faith in politicians that continue to surprise us to the downside on one hand. And on the other hand, warnings that the fights to ifl against inflation is far from over and more rate hikes may be needed in the future and we’ll have to wait and see more, , clues.
Today we have three fed speakers. Bullard, , Mary Daley and, , Rafael Bostick and Tom BArkin later on today. So they should give us a clue on that side. So again, watch out for the newswires for news on the debt limit, and,, these guys talking today to give us direction whether or not the upside has more legs in it.
Uh, good luck, trading. Everyone have a good day~
